At Snowears, we want you to be fully prepared for the slopes, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all unworn gear. If your equipment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
